mine is CSR 384 with blood relative in ALberta. In EE since 7th August. Same case after this date one draw passed with lower CSR but no luck. My NOC is 1311.
It’s really not just about having relatives in Alberta but NOC also play a crucial part of the selection. Alberta selects applicants based on occupations that support the government’s economic development. Unfortunately Alberta does not list their in demand occupations like other provinces.

All blood relative people are present here I guess. Even I have my sister there. I think we all should stay connected as its a common thing we have and it's difficult to find in this community..
