heto yung info na sinasabi ni Miga......pakibasa na lang.....they have outlined everything...step by step. Pero sabi nga nila case to case ang applications. Some took as early as 4 months from start to finish...some took (unfortunately) a year or more ...yours may not be same as others....this is only a guideline....

kung nasa manila ka lang i suggest na puntahan mo na lang.sa akin ang sabi ng case officer ipadala thru courier pero hindi namn nila pinadala at malapit na mg expire ang visa dahil sa medical nakabase ang expiration.i picked up my visa personally.pinakita ko ticket ko sa kanila so morning ako pumunta tapos pinabalik ako 3pm to pick up my visa.

Do u think thats the best thing? or pwd kaya tawagan muna or email ang CEM? kasi nsa QC lang si hubby and pwdng pwd nya pick up na lang saves a lot of time and hassle.

HI Annerhy!!! Welcome!!! Mas makakabuti sa processing if you pay it now than later.....para smooth sailing na lahat. Most have paid RPRF along with the processing fee at the start.

yes, it will slow the processing of your application for another 2 months according to the website. Everything should be submitted all together at the same time para abutin lang ung application ng less than 4 months. Hope that'll helps.

thanks.kala ko kasi pag lumagpas kami sa palugit na 30 days saka lang ma slow down ung processing..
pag nagrequest na sila ng RPRF anu kaya ibig sabihin nun???may possibility ba na madenied un?? kasi worried ako kasi bata kami nagpakasal 21 ako and 22 sya last year lang and wala pa kaming baby..photos lang ng wed namin may pic den 4 witness namin..sa remittance lang madami... wala kasi ako alam..sana matulungan nyo ko..thanks...

june 13 narecieved ng CPC-M ang bayad nmin sa rprf.tinawagan ng asawa ko ung automated nla at sbi na forward nung july 5 ang sponsorship & undertaking nya.dumating na rin ang confirmation reciept letter nya at july 5 din nkalagay dun na date na gnwa ung sulat,the same date din nla ninotify ang manila visa office na bayad na xa sa rprf then after 6 working days na DM na ako. so 3 weeks lang na process rprf.sbukan ng asawa mo tawagan ung automated nla pra malaman kung kelan nla naforward ulit sa manila ung undertaking mo.bale dlawang date kc un..ung amin May 24 and July 5...kung anu pnk-recent date dun mo mlalaman na nanotify na nla ang manila about sa rprf then from that date mgwait ka ng 1 to 2 weeks DM kna.

I don't think na madedeny ka kasi pinapagbayad k n ng Right of Permanent Residence Fee...

Mas malaki ang chances mo to get approved if they ask you for RPRF...Say 85/15 ang chances. 85% positive reply...but...there's a big but....they'll refund you of the RPRF if you have been denied.
