Don't include your mother as part of your application. For spousal applications, "family members" means your spouse or common-law/conjugal partner, and children. It does not mean what 'family members' usually means.

However, for the form called "Additional Family Information, IMM5406, CIC does want details of the applicant's parents, children, and siblings. So your mother must be included there (if you are the applicant).

I've read this from a forum... how true is this? i'm confused because someone told me that my parents shouldn't be added on the Additional Family INformation because they are not included in the application.

i forward daw nila s Missisauga yung result and then bahala na daw Missisauga na mag forward sa CEM. I just thought baka waiting ang CEM ng meds ko kaya wala paring si visa. Meron kasi along ka batch nakakuha na ng DM ako ala parin...

Hi. Sa additional family information Part A, principal applicant, isusulat mo yung name mo. Part B, yung mga dependents or kids nyo. Part C yung mga magulang at kapatid mo.

sundin mo lang ang instructions ng agency. Relax. At least 9 photos yung binigay mo.

they will give u a form called "Medical Report - Section A" at the end of the medical examinations. urine exams, blood test and Chest x-ray lang a ginawa sa kin noon, ..however they will text u the following week after ur medical exam if u need to go back. pero kung wala naman silang txt the following week, ibig sabihin acceptable na ung results.

Yun sa photo specifications po, nakasabi sa appendix B na 25-30mm lang yun head to crown pero lumagpas po ako ng 2mm. strict po ba sila sa measurement ng face? mga 32mm yun pagkakuha ng photographer. TY

d ko lang po alam pero ako umulit ako kc sobra rin ung sa akin, OC kasi ako kya un hehehe just wanna be safe, ung mga iba kasing photographer kahit ipakita mo ung guide sa kanila, sabi nila sila na bahala pero pag naprint na nila, tapos imemeasure mo, ayon sobra pala, hyyyy.
