I need some advice urgently. I'm in Qatar with my husband and daughter right now. I'm currently appealing my husbands visa rejection for misrepresentation. Some people have told me to go to Canadian embassy in Qatar to see if anything can be done. I'm only here for 2 more weeks so I need to decide now whether I should go to the embassy. Do you think it will help our case? Would it be worth it? Anyone have experience??

The embassy has nothing to do with helping out a declined sponsorship file. So I am sorry but they won't help you out. You are better off appealing or reapplying and hoping it will go through this time

The embassy won't be able to help you. The only thing you can do now is prepare your documents for the appeal and wait for the appeal date.

For a misrepresentation case, you should present documents that proves to CIC that you husband did not intentionally mislead them, or that CIC made an error when making that judgment against him. But after reading your previous posts, it seemed like your husband deliberately left out information, so I don't know how successful those kind of cases are. Because an appeal basically means, "CIC, you've made a decision, and we have proof that you have made an erroneous decision", an appeal doesn't mean "We know we were wrong, please give us another chance".
