I applied for my SOWP extension with my spouse’s(PGWP holder)one pay stub(he has skilled job) because he was new at his job. So this will not be a reason for rejection right? And if IRCC needs more pay stubs they will ask for more, right?

No, most of the time they will not ask for more. They will make a decision based on the information you have included in the application.
