Total process is 6 months from date of approval.
I will be starting counting 100 days from passport sent date.
For 80% of cases. Not all are processed within that time frame.

If your sponsor is a Canadian Citizen then he can go at anytime and stay until you are allowed to travel to Canada. If your sponsor is just a Permanent Resident then he must stay in Canada until his sponsorship approval or his sponsorship part of the process is complete.

This is what is my plan. My sponsor approved.
I maybe leaving to meet my wife.
A PR sponsor may not "visit" with their spouse until they get their visa! If the visa office or CIC feels the sponsor is not resident in Canada, they can deny the visa. SHORT visits are permitted, remaining out of the country months on end may jeopardize the application. Going down to India for 6 months or however long it takes the PR visa to come through is not considered "short". Only citizens have discretion to remain outside the country for lengthy periods while sponsoring, a PR does not.

Ditto what Charlie said. If you are a PR sponsoring your spouse, you must be living in Canada from the time you submit your application to the time your spouse's application is approved. If you leave Canada after you have been approved as sponsor for an extended visit and CIC finds out, expect the application to be refused.

guys do you think, if they ask for an interview is a normal thing, and they also ask just for my passport.

An interview usually means there's something they want to verify, have concerns about or doubt about your application. So no - an interview is not a normal thing and it's better not to be asked for an interview. Most frequently interviews are requested because CIC has some doubts the relationship is genuine.

If you have been asked to attend an interview, you should come prepared to answer detailed questions about your relationship. If possible, you should also bring additional evidence to support that your relationship is real.

If you have time, you can also order the notes for your application to try to determine why they have called the interview.

Base on what I've read It's normal to have an interview they just wanna know if you're relationship is genuine or not, you don't have to be worry because they'll just ask you a couple of questions and the answers is what you've wrote in your application forms.

The good thing about having an interview, most of the applicants are right after the interview they automatically get the answers wether they pass to have a visa or deny. You know what I've learned in this forum simple advice in answering questions in interview? If the interviewer ask 1 question, 1 answer straight forward nothing more nothing less, then next question do the same thing.

Don't be nervous and most importantly look straight into the eye of interviewer their too good in Psychology that's a part of their job. Goodluck ok either you're the sponsor or the applicant you can do that...

Hi all! We are finally getting all of our paperwork together to send in as soon as we get the FBI report back and I'm wondering if we are able to use the same copy of all of our proof of relationship for both of the sets of paperwork for me as the sponsor and for my husband as the person being sponsored or do we have to have a separate copy for each time it is used as evidence. Thanks!

What I did was to keep separate copies of the same.
I assumed maybe the two different sets are retained in two diferent offices.

Because a PR MUST be residing in Canada in order to be eligible to sponsor, and all sponsors must meet the eligibility requirements from the day the application is filed until the day a decision is made on the application, which is when your spouse gets their visa NOT when you are approved to sponsor. If CIC or the visa office do not feel you remain eligible by residing in Canada, they can deny the visa to the spouse.
