I also didnt provide one when filing the application. I was asked for Additional documents later but they still didnt ask for FRC so i believe its not a must document to attach, however its always better to provide one.

Don't be much stressed. Please rework on the reason of refusal and hope for the best.

Me and many june applicants got this third line on 11 sep.

Good to know. I'm a Jan. applicant. It took 8 months before LVO even got my file (it was stuck at CPC-M for no clear reason). Since it's been so long already, I hope they'll process it quicker. Let's see my luck.

I attached the Bay Form. Is that the FRC? I do remember attaching the equivalent of a family booklet.

thanks for reply, yes I m sending volunteer information, is it mandatory to have pak passport for new born during processing her mother application. will LVO ask about to submit pk passport ?

Yes I think so it's mandatory because the child is your dependent so now it's also included in the application. You can call cic call centre and confirm from them.

COPR, Passport with visa stamped, POF, address in canada, good declaration form, and goods to follow, if carrying jewellery, or if its in goods to carry, then pictures of jewellery. That's all.

I m a Naturalize Canadian citizen, so my daughter is automatically canadian. I guess she will not be included in application. If she will not include in application then i guess it is not mandatory to have her pakistani passport

If you make a Pakistani passport, she probably won't be able to travel to Canada on that alone (she'll need additional docs) but a Canadian passport alone is enough for her to travel on. Check out the following for more info on it:

She'll need to apply for a birth certificate first, perhaps.

Yes you don't need her Pakistani passport in that case. You will have to apply for her Canaidan passport.

Form B is for kids under the age of 18. Don't worry about it, till date I don't remember Lvo ever asking for FRC as an additional document request.
