My wife did not have a dob certificate.
So she got dob affidavit from the hospital she was born in and requested a family register certificate from Nadra.
Also, if you have your date of birth on official marks transcripts (in English) you can include this.

Before the expiry of your visa/medical
As per new law (enforces in July 2015) you have to stay 4 years out of six years to be eligible for Canadian passport

Hi, i wanted to know that once after receiving the stamped passport, when do one has to land in Canada. Is there a time frame (like 3 months or 6 months) and for how long does one need to stay in Canada to get the passport?

When is the applicant able to travel (out of country) again once they arrive in Canada?

Ideally once you have PR card but you can travel without it but you have to apply for TRV from CHC that may take 12 weeks in chc Islamabad otherwise someone hand carry your PR card to Pakistan then no need travel docs from enbassy

Inform Islamabad of your re-medical completion date ASAP, hopefully they will send back passport with the visa/copr.

You can leave Canada, but keep in mind, without PR Card you may require transit visa of certain countries if changing planes at their airports.
Going to Canada is fine because there is Canadian IMM Visa in passport, but on return it's already used up. No PR Card, no transit visa, can be issues.

Best to ensure you return via middle east so u don't face airport/transit issues such as for UK, or Europe/Schengen states.

Your trusted person in Canada can send PR Card via courier to your country if necessary.

Please can someone tell me when do we recieve our medical? Its been 5 months since our file was transferred to LVO and this is our family immigration and how much time it will take after the medical? Please help :

Has anyone any idea how long does it take to get the PPR i got re med request on 25th Feb and done medical on 5th March since no change on ecas still showing Application Received and no communication. Can any senior member please advice or help?
