In my case PR cards were delivered as ordinary mail in the mail box. Postman normally drop envelops and small parcels in the mail box if it easily fits inside or handover to anyone living there. Even if he drop it to post office (lazy postman) which is generally true for big parcels then...

Use PIA. Flight time is minimum and they use their best plane on Toronto route.

We had the same problem with curve-base cooking untensils (that we carried) on electric oven while cooking. They were not only vibrating but also scratching the oven flat glass burner. We ended up buying flat-base cooking wares from Canada. +1 for you and ahmedhuang.
