This letter indicates that your interview will be scheduled in the near future. But they will give you at least four weeks time for preparation. Get your GCMS notes and see if there are any red flags. Send them relationship proofs as much as possible. Prepare yourself well in advance. That's it.

GCMS note is very important. I will tell you how you can get your GCMS note. GCMS note cost 5 Canadian dollar only if you hire a lawyer for your GCMS note he or she will cost 50 Canadian Dollar.

Generally you need to fill up a from name IMM 5744E. pdf. There you see Section A -1. In section A- 1 there you need to fill up applicant full name, given name, date of birth and applicant signature. In this form you see section C -3 there you need to fill up spouse full name, given name, and email address and in the sectionC- 4 you need to tick email option.

Most of the applicants are outland that’s why applicant needs to fill the form and the applicant can scan it and send to the spouse email address. Because when any spouse wants to get the GCMS note he or she needs this form.

The other thing the spouse will fill up the web form to get the GCMS note. When he or she fills this web form she needs to tick the electronic papers option. If anyone chose the electronic paper option in this form he or she will get his or her full application update or what happen to his or her application within 30 days.

It will not harm your application. You request it by CIC and you can do it personally. No need to go to Singapore. GCMS note is you personal request to CIC. But you need to do all this thing. Hope it will help you.

GCMS note is your personal request to CIC. It cost 5 Canadian dollar. If any applicant wants to know about the condition or process or any kind of red flag in his application he or she can request for GCMS note. Generally when you request for GCMS note you can get it within 30 days.

Did you get your interview date? My opinion is you are wise man and I believe that you can defeat the immigration officer. You have the strength to fight them. It’s my personal feeling about you. You know very well what document you should bring with you. My other opinion about your interview-----------

1. Never ever change your conversation in front of the officer. The officers try to confuse you.

2. You and your spouse answer should be the same. You know what I mean because cross check is important,

3. Bring all your documents and money transfer receipt.

4. If officer chance you to say something, you can say like you love your wife and child and want to build up a family, you can also mention that you support your family. Every month you send money, if you have insurance or joint account you can also mentioned that.

5. Both you and your spouse family picture with you and you can also bring with you a different place picture with you and your spouse.

6. Try to know about your spouse city and try to know each and everything about your spouse.

7. To prepare every family members for your interview. What you write in your form inform your family members.

Recently my husband change his email address and write them to change his email but they change my email address not my husband. Today I send an email that they change my email and I write them my email address and my husband email address. Today I get GCMS note there I find they change my email address and they set my husband email address. Now tell me how can I know they change or still they use my husband email address.

I am sorry I have no idea how you can check your email. I know I can always call immigration Canada to update any of my (sponsor) information. Which is your husband in that case. Cause it's one file but they have to cc emails to your sponsor as well.

If you look at the bottom of all correspondence from Singapore, it says cc to sponsor and the email id of your sponsor.

But tell me something, why you have to chop and change email address in this very moment? You just need one more email to contact VFS and that's it. It could have waited IMO.

Email again to Singapore and give your old one and clearly state which is your new email address. Your husband can deal with his one cause he just have to call and they will update right away. That's how it used to be unless things changed.

I am not trying to be a pessimist but I always get scared of changing personal information when the file is almost close to complete. Please check both of you and your spouse's emails so that you don't end up missing a letter which will delay the process for no reason. If your email is compromised, email the provider (gmail,yahoo,hotmail etc) and they will authenticate your account. And forward each email address to one central address till you get your visa.

I have a doubt one thing about your application that may be immigration officer called you and unfortunately you didn’t get it. In my GCMS note I find that after my husband interview they send me re-medical. If that night my husband misses the call may be my interview result still pending for me. They call my husband not Singapore they call my husband Ottawa. My husband told me the number show that is Ottawa number. Please try to remembered you miss any call which from Ottawa number. The lady officer is very nice and talks with my husband very gently. Hope you will get your good news very soon.

I know what you want to say. Actually there is two email address they use but every time they send wrong cc email address. I am so scare because I don’t know why they every time send wrong cc email and my all information get that cc email person. That’s why my husband changes it. But they change my email address. I know I am waiting for one email and that’s the end of time. But it is really weird if any wrong person gets your all information. I send them that they send wrong cc email address. But they change my email. Now I again send them email full explanation. Let’s see what happen.
