A little help please!

Hi guys,
I just want some clear answers please before I continue on my PR application. I just want my mind to be at ease if my application would be go or not go. Smiley Please bear with me. Just some questions.

*TRV-extension-I am still waiting for the approval of CIC.
*Income of sponsor as proof- Earning because of a job but didn't meet the required income.
*Dependent children- 2 of my dependent children are to be sponsored Outside Canada.
*IMM 008EN or IMM 008DEP- outside Canada dependents

1. Can I go with my PR application even though I'm still waiting for my TRV extension?
2. What is the chance not to be denied on PR application concerning low income of the sponsor?
3.Do I have to include my 2 dependent children who are outside Canada in the generic application form IMM 008EN or at the IMM 008DEP? Please give me some info about dependent children being sponsored outside Canada.

Hi All- need some help in couple of questions, I am PR here and working since Nov 2015 so i have not yet filed any taxes. I just got married and since she has tourist visa of Canada she accompanied me here.
Now i am filling her application for inland sponsorship and my questions are -
1) As i have not yet filed any taxes so what should i attach for "computer print out of the most recent notice of Assessment (Option C print out) and computer print out of all income slips like T4, T4E, T5, T5007 available at CRA. I just received T4 from from my company but it will take 16 weeks for me to get acknowledgement from the CRA for tax filing. Please let me know what should i do.
2) Does the completed OWP application goes with other form and mailed to CPC-M, PO BOX 5040 STN B, Mississauga or does it goes to different location ?

Please advice!!

Sent in my application the 24th of December , and it was received the 30th of December according to Canada Post.
I am on the spreadsheet already

Btw, I just checked my own e-mail (and not my husbands) and we got our AOR on the 20th of February.

1. Yes you can. Provide and explanation letter and proof of the submitted application. You can also apply for OWP. See the FAQ (in my signature) if you are not familiar with the process.
2. There is no minimum income requirement in this type of sponsorship. You cannot receive social assistance, that's the only exclusion criteria.
3. You can include them to the IMM0008. You have to use IMM0008DEP only if you have more than 5 dependents.

We got AOR on Feb 26th. CIC emailed to Sponsor's email. Thank God, we sent through our application through Canada Post and did not get any confirmation for delivery till we get AOR. Now the 24 months wait time starts...

Our application was recieved on Dec 24th. They started processing it on Feb 10 2016.
Has anyone recieved their OWP yet?

I'm also waiting for it. I submitted my application on december 10 and CIC said that they can confirm that mu OWP application is on process now. so ig means that they are now working on december apps. November applicants has received theor owp already.

My husband and I submitted Feb 18th, and the package arrived Feb 20th!
I am looking forwards to reading about your experiences. I mentioned in another thread that we might have some obstacles ahead of us, but I am hoping for the best. Good luck to you all!

Hi Everyone,

I'm also in for the 2016 sponsorship process.
I haven't applied for OWP or PR. I think i will wait until they ask for the payment of PR. What do you guys think??? suggestions ???

I was unable to edit the spreadsheet to add myself, not too good at this computer stuff.

You mean you haven't applied for OWP yet. They won't ask you to apply for OWP or payment. You can apply online after you receive your AOR or send your OWP application to Egrevilld. Rmemeber to proved them with the receipt number of your PR application. I would reccoment youbto join the spreadsheet on the forum INLAND APPLICATIONS 2015 and ask sopheee to add you on the spreadsheet
