Yes - you have a big problem on your hands. I would consult with a very good immigration lawyer.

Because you failed to declare your daughter when you immigrated - she can never be sponsored. That's the simple answer.

It doesn't matter. You knew she was your daughter and it's made very clear in the application that you were required to include her. You committed misrepresentation in your app by leaving her out.

You could've gotten official proof, if you couldn't get a birth certificate somehow, you could've gotten a paternity test at least. Sorry your daughter can never be sponsored now
