Sponsoring minor children

Hi all I applied under fsw category in 2014 along with my wife and two minor children. I did my landing in 2015 and got pr. My wife and my children did not use their visa and so it expired.Now I am moving back to Canada after 2.5 years and want to sponsor my children can I do so and how difficult it would be. Another thing is that my wife don't want to move to Canada so can I sponsor only the children.

You will need to make sure you return to Canada before you've been outside of Canada for 3 years.

Yes - you can sponsor only your children. You will have to wait until you are in Canada before you apply for them and then remain in Canada while the application is processed. Processing will take around 6 months.
