Hi,

I applied for SOWP extension based on my wife's PGWP. She got her PGWP but my extension was refused.

The refusal letter says :

"You have not provided sufficient evidence to prove that your spouse is employed in an
occupation that falls within the National Occupation Classification Skill level of 0, A or B."

But it also says: "Your status in Canada is valid until 2018 Feb 06."

The thing is I got this refusal at the same day I received my PPR from my PR application and sent my passport for COPR on the next day.

Now I'm waiting for my passport to come back and I'm still hold a valid open work permit. My questions are:

- Can this refusal cause me any issue on my PR during my landing?
- As they kept my current status and I'm not eligible for a BOWP(as I still have more the 4 months of status), can I keep working using this valid permit?

Thank you! :)
