SOWP December 2016 applicants

in the application if you wont select that you do not want to work under any health sector
they wont ask for medicals .
but i can see here all sowp applicants are getting medical request and submitting the medicals

now please some 1 clarify me every 1 here have selected that you are intended to work in the health sector

or do the cic would ask for medicals for every 1 after submitting the application?

I will be applying for Sowp just wanted to ask that can we still we still do upfront medicals as i called to book an appoinment for upfront medicals they told me that we need to wait till we get requested for medical and cant do it upfront anymore
