****UPDATE****
Today my ecas change to INPROCESS and adress disappeared.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on December 22, 2011.

Visa office gave me 45 days to add dox of new born.
They also inform me that medical instructions will be issued for whole family after the reciept and review of dox of the new born.

Please update the spreadsheet and remember us in your prayers for smooth processing.

@ Surender, if u check below, u will see the list of duties which are required of a social worker. Use it as guide for your reference letter. This should be what you have done, not what someone else has done...
