for those who have gotten an acknowledgment - was it through an email sent to their private box or from a change in the application status on SINP website. i am confused.

ITs both . your app status changes to received and you will also get an ack email with a ack letter attached.

NO buddy...no email ...not even in SPAM. I have given two different email ID.......i hv checked both....no luck.

It looks they are still processing this manually and it's way far from an actual online system. Due to such a big amount of request they may need quite a few days to change all status to received due to their capacity(20 or 30 each day I guess?), so we need to be patient to wait for update

Because this topic (with 122 pages) is very crowded, full of different information and issues, I suggest that everybody who applied in New SINP program (after 2/Jan/2014), Update his/her status in "SINP: New 2/Jan/ 2014 International Skilled Worker's Application Tracker" topic for easier access in the future.

My Friend, as I said before it is not a separate forum! It is a topic in this forum and it is ONLY for updating member's status not for talking about different issues.I mean this topic will be alive and that topic works in a different way. It is very hard to find a specific thing in among 122 pages of information! But if we collect the latest status there then it will be a easy way to watch for example how many people receive their confirmation email and who is the first person who received it's Nominate letter and ...

Well we already have a spreadsheet going on and am sure we moderators and admins are striving day to day to improve that. Now its receiving acknowledgements that is getting updated. So later the spread sheet will be much improved. I see that you want to track only the status of applications via that topic. But we are already doing that via a spread sheet. I still dont get the point.

My Application status was changed from "Application submitted" to "Application received" and I received an email from SINP with letter containing file number. They also gave mailing, email, telephone and personal delivery address in case I need to forward any more information. ;D

I too have received same as above.
