We are still contemplating whether Federal Forms are required to be filled now or when you file your actual application to CIC. I feel that it is the latter. What do the others say about this

As per me this form will be required while filling online application as this form will let them know how much worth/assets we have.

Only thing is which one to go for....

In that case, I feel you have to take the Provincial Nominees Form. Can you share the link from where you have taken the application package, so that I can also start filling out the forms. I am already ready with the supporting documents

More documents and certificates would not hurt but only help... I dnt think accounting tech and book keepers are regulated... different story if you are a Chartered Accountant and would want to practice... in that case, you will have to write a canadian CA...

POLICE CERTIFICATE

Would like to discuss on the above topic. Many of you have mentioned that SINP has mentioned that you have to provide a Police Certificate only if you have committed a crime and have a case against your name in the Police Department.

I would like to ask the forum members, if any one of us have a case against us, then why would we want to tell SINP that we have one against us. Wont that be a straight forward rejection in that case.

I dont get it when people say you dont need one. Needing one at a different stage altogether is another topic of discussion

Still not agreeing Ram... to what I can read, it is not needed at this stage.... even federal form (provincial package) indicates that it is not mandatory at this stage... I will send an email to SINP immigration to clarify this and post it once i get the reply (hopefully before jan 2)

Yes Yes, I am also saying that its not needed just as yet. Even for FSW 2013, it was needed at the beginning and they had asked one only after AOR and second instalment fees. I just wanted to inform the members that they better start applying now and have it ready. Sorry if I have quoted anything wrongly

I just saw the forms under the above link and am still doubtful on the same.

In the sense that there is a form in the package (Schedule 4A: Economic Classes: Provincial Nominees – Business Nominees [IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 4A] (* if applicable)(PDF, 214 KB)) wherein it asks you as to which Province has nominated you.

So how do you think this package needs to be submitted and what and all forms need to be submitted.

As for me as I have already filled up the forms for FSW 2013, am planning to Copy Paste all information once again stating tonight. Whats say guys

Hi All,

I just found out abt this SINP program, and looks like my last ray of hope.
Have a few questions .
Till now what I understand is that we need to apply online after Jan 2nd and the CAP is 250 ( total )
I am sure there will be more than 250 applications on day one. How are they going to rank people ?
My IELTS score is Aug 2011 i.e 2.5 yrs old is it still valid ?
How many years of work exp will be counted. Total or just the number of years that you have in selected NOC
eg: I have 6 years with 3 years as a computer programmer ( 2004 - 2007 ) and 3 years as marketing specialist ( 2010 - till date )
I want to apply under NOC 2174, so how many points will I get ?

To what I understand, they are not too fussed about the exchange rate. So you csn convert into can$ taking a govt. valid exchange rate in between urs and can$.

As for BC vs. Baptism cert., i would think it should work but not 100% sure.
