hahaha yeah that would be awsome. my time line is almost exact the same as urs, but ur wife got the better and my wife havent yet, i wonder why hmm. when did ur wife get the letter saying shes on interview list? my wife got it sometiems in june 2010. and just wondering if ur ecas has change? mine still says in process. does ur say anything about interview date? i hope the mail didnt get lost or anything. and oh yeah about 9 inch of snow here in edmonton as well, and its april

Maybe you wont need an interview at all! Then you will be smooth sailing fo sho! I got my letter for interview a month after SG recieved my app and then waited 1 year and some change just for the interview date. Look on the bright side for real, Calgary got dumped on with over 9 inches of snow, last night/today. BC probably sunny with no clouds ;D

It was so weird today that we had snow during spring time!!!!!!
I think maybe tons of snow in your town or maybe some snow in SG hee hee that's why it takes so long ;D

CAIPS note is from Ottawa immigration office. From CAIPS note you will be able see until now what they did with your file. like if your interwiew is waived, then it will be there. if they need additional document, it will be there also and when they will review your file. lots of people order CAIPS note here, and they will be able to explain it to you properly. but it's not from singapore office, so it will not effect anything.......

2. My ecas has never changed since SG got app.
3. It wont say anything about interview, have to wait for letter confirming date and location.

I sent an email to singapore asking for an update last week and yet recieved no responce or update since Nov 2010.... if i was going tobe asked for an interview or something then at least they would have updated about that by now -

Same situation with us; file transfered in November and still no word. Have emailed them, but no response.

Finally Singapore cic reply my email within 1hr. they didn't give any update about my file. but still i feel good, because after long long time they reply my email. i asked for file# and update about file.
they reply.....

Your wife's file no. is F0xxxxxxxx. When sending documents or in enquiry, please quote the file number.

any one know difference between Fxxxxx file and Bxxxxx file.........

Thank GOD i asked for my wife's file#. i just log in to E-CAS with my wife's info. her mailing address is totally wrong in E-CAS. i just request to change it now. can not even imagine they put wrong mailing address. mailing address is very important i think.........

Hi all,

No update. Sent a change of address for my wife (now with me in Qatar) by email and fax about 4 weeks ago and no reply. Hoping for something next month but not counting on it. Not a really big problem because we are happy in Qatar and the money is good but my mom is quite ill and we want to visit her in the summer. There was no problem with a tourist visa last year but that was before we applied for the PR.

We will apply for the tourist visa next week and I will up date you.

Our address on ECAS is also incorrect. Sent an email to Singapore in November 2010 with correct information. They said they corrected the address in their office files, but address on ECAS remains incorrect.
