I hope you mean withdraw your refugee claim. If you withdraw your claim, departure order become active and you need to leave Canada....

You need to talk to a lawyer before you do anthing. This will trigger a departure order and you'll need to leave Canada.

It depends, if your wife was included in basis of claim and sign off all forms, attended eligibility hearing and was issued claimant ID. Your previous post shows you claimed refugee in 2019 and you got married to a student in 2020, a year after. If this is the case, then she is not refugee claimant.. Unless if there are other information you are not sharing,

Your wife's PR application will be rejected because you do not have temporary status in Canada. If your wife was Canadian citizen or PR then they won't be a problem. Her PR can only be granted if your relationship breaks down and both of you separate and live under different address for the time being. She needs to inform IRCC of this separation before IRCC makes decision on her PR without your name on it. As for you, do not withdraw your refugee application, continue with it , if you withdraw it your deportation order will come into force and you will be deported

His wife application was rejected because he (spouse) was found to be inadmissible.

Actually we got Procedural Fairness letter but still officer gave us 30 days to respond back.
Post the full PFL letter here. It's impossible to comment without knowing what that letter actually says.

Assume he is inadmissible because he doesn’t have status and he has been included on a TR to PR application. Wasn’t aware both the applicant and spouse need status but it is the first and likely only year for the program.
