Well, yes.. But if you check his timeline, his fee date is December 3, much before mine (December 13).
But thanks for your words. I think I´ll just wait a few more before calling CIC. +1

I know most of the people are worried about getting PER, Medicals Etc, sorry for spoiling the atmosphere here by asking this... My case is its going to be 120 days from the date of receipt of application by CIC, i have not received any email for rejection/ Sending back the package... please tell me what i can expect ? Sept15th received by CIC for NOC 2281...friends please help ...

Sorry to say that, but have a big chance that your application will be returned. :/ As far as I know, everybody for this NOC from September already got charged.
You can always call CIC and ask them for some news.
But I´m not an expert, so I could be wrong.

i think there is something wrong what happened.

you are the fourth person including me that i know who submitted their application between 15 september - september 20th for NOC 2281 and have not yet got any reply back.

may be the person who is handling our files gone on leaves or whatever. Because i read it somewhere on forum that this kind of case happened where the applicant file was on the table for 4-5 months because the lady working on the case went on pregnancy leave and the files were left on the table assuming that she will work on them when she will be back.

then the applicant complaint and his file was picked up and given to some other officer who after completing all his work load started working on his.

so his case dragged for quite long .. that is why they give 22 months i assume

No news from CIC
Mode of payment - DD (Dont know the status)
I checked ECAS status, it is not active.

sounds quite positive and feeling better.. but really dont know if that could happen in our case... just annoyed of whats happening.. i sent them email last month asking for status.. yet to get response.. did you send them any query on this?

you have to be on hold .... let them repeat this for 3 times and then you will be transferred. .. you can try your luck
