Ottawa VO send MR up to 7 Oct Applicants, I am 2 Sep and no even second line or any response from the same VO, anyone can assume what is the reason for this delay ??

It depends upon your VO and other considerations based on your application, in my case more than 90 days and still no response from the VO. Good luck...
