I am guessing that the form will have certain sections, where you could notify about the future correspondence.
I am not sure about your second question. Just stay positive you will be all right.

Read the form carefully i sent you link download and read it out carefully ........the information which you will update that will be appear in your Ecas ......Yes your rep. will be notified about it through email ........

I received my GCMS notes now. It says that they opened my file on 14th of May but because reference letters from my previous employees were not as per CIC format mentioned in check list they couldn't decide if i have 1 year of min exp in NOC skill level O, A or B. Afterwards they assigned my file to officer for detailed review where it went to visa officer somewhere in ottawa. It was there for two & half month & on July 31 VO opened my file & decided from my ref. letters that i meet min. requirements.

So it seems that if your application needs some more checks performed by VO, it would take about 2-3 month more to receive PER compared to candidates having similar timelines. I also think, If CIO guys doesn't find something in standard format they will refer it to VO who seats in Ottawa which put some more delay on one's file. Hope this helps. Don't worry be patient!!! you will get your PER now sooner rather then later!!!!

So they've given me an NER The refusal letter says that they did not assess 4 years of my work experience since there was no NOC code on them and the one they assessed is less than a year.

There is no possibility of NOC codes not being there. I double checked the application 50 times before sending it. I dont now what to do. If I email them they'll take 30 days to reply.

Also, the application should've been returned at the first place and shouldnt have gone through the completeness check and the credit card shouldnt have been charged.

Worse news I could hear

Any suggestions for the next step?? I dont think there's an appeal for FSW cases

Its purely their error once he sent me back my complete information and now unfortunately they do not have information about your application because they do not keep record of returned application ....please send as soon as possible with covering letter send back application if you think your application was complete ........

3. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact me shortly regarding this decision.

I did not receive any application back. My credit card was charged long time back as well.

What to do??

Should I send the application again even if they havent returned it to me?

I cant apply under New FSWP 2013 since the rules have changed.

How do I contact them regarding this? CIC call center says contact CIO for this. But they take 30 days to respond. It'll be too late until then..

Thats the sad part. I have my post grad wp until november this year. but i applied for the bowp in advance as soon as i reached the 4 month cutoff assuming that I would get it around october cos of the PAFSO strike. But I got it in 25 days and lost 3 months. It is valid till aug 2014

in PER they issued UCI ......through which you can check your status online ......So, if you are not in receipt of PER then how do you check your status online.........

i need advice my application include my wife as dependant but after submitting my application me and her decided to take our own journey in life separately and now the visa office is requesting her to submit a medical exqmination but sadly i dont have any more contact with her? what do i need to do someone pls thanks
