been waiting for it since November 30.. because my friend told me that after getting PER just wait at least 3 week s for the AOR. but til now no progress.

CC charged - Nov 5, 2012
PER - Nov 6, 2012
E-CAS - In Process

Correct me if I am wrong: CIC website says 8 months of total processing time in Ottawa. Should I expect my PR in the month of April-May?

Guys I am in trouble and asking for your help..

I applied for PR under Arranged Employment on Oct 10.. My CC got charged on Dec 8... And i was waiting for any communication from CIC..

Yesterday i received a mail from them with negative Feedback and they have refused my application...

So I will have to re-apply (as written in there mail) with some more proof of my work experience...

I wanted to ask... Now as my application is refused .. will they return my application package because my original Language test Score sheet, Original Translated Birth certificate and original police clearance certificate were attached with that application.

And if i have to reapply , i need those again..

Also will they refund the fees they have charged me??

Any help would be highly appreciated

Based on what I have read, they will definetely refund the fees, it only seems to take some time, it might arrive through several small payments.

Regarding your papers I am quite not sure if they give it back or not. I would personally call them regarding this matter. Not sure what other people think.

Now i am going to ask you some questions since I got my cc charged on Nov 5th an still Nothing. If you do not mind, may I know what was your ecas status before and after you received the mail? In case you do not know. Ecas is a way of checking the application online by entering your last name, date of birth and client id. It ia easy to find.

Secondly, the mail sometimes mentions why we get rejected. Did you receive any reason for this? And may I know it? My ecas is in process but yet there is no response.

Hope you can help me with these questions

My Ecas status was showing In-Process and is still showing as In-Process

The reason they have given , is that my previous work experience duties were not clear to them and they thought that it was not falling under the applied NOC category..
