What if, one way or the other, I can get an ETA to fly to Canada? Thou my country is not eligible, but Someone can help to get it done

Using other people's documents is a crime and you will likely be arrested.

You realize that they scan your passport and the eTA at the airport and at any connecting flights to confirm it matches with the government database....right? So if your eTA is fake, you will likely get arrested in what ever country you happen to be in, and it’s unlikely to be Canada (because you won’t get there).
