Do I need attestation letter from province as per new policy if I am applying for 2nd study permit from inside canada? I finished a college diploma in 2021. Applying for bachelor's degree now in same field for sept 2024

Have you been on PGWP since then? Are you aware that PGWP is a one time option. Are you attempting to remain in Canada because you have not secure PR or a WP? It must make sense to do a bachelor’s degree in the same field based on previous education and work history and lead to career advancement.

Yes correct I am aware I won't get another one. Yes on PGWP since May 21. Yes I need bachelor for career advancement anyways
