Restoration of status

My application to extend my work permit got refused and I am in the restoration period now.
If i send in my application to restore my status but haven't received a decision and my 90 days are up, am i still able to stay in the country even after the 90 days are done.?

Please let me know.

Yes - you can stay until you receive a response to the restoration application.
