So, the problem solved.
I talked to my MP on Monday, explain everything, signed papers so she could represent me in the case, and was told to wait for her to contact CIC. Next day in the morning Her worker called me and said that the problem is solved and the missing document is attached to my applications. The same day in the afternoon I received email from CIC that document I sent via CSE was added. (It usually takes 10 business days to attach document and receive confirmation, I received it after 2 business days, so I am pretty sure It was a because my MP did a very good job.
So That why I don't want to pay a penny to immigration consultants. When I talked with one on phone last week and explained situation the guy told me that it will cost me 1500 dollars to solve a problem and finalize my process
It cost me 5 min on the phone (free) and one sleepless night.
