Remote jobs outside Canada

Hello,

I am a Software Developer and am a PR holder, but I am in India and am unable to come back due to travel restrictions. I am unable to do my job search fully as most of employers expect me to be in Canada. Are there any remote Software jobs which I can take up from India and resume in Canada when flights open. Are there any specific job portal websites (other than indeed, monster, linkedin) or any search criteria I should type in google to look for these jobs. Appreciate your help.

I'm sure there are some Canadian companies that would allow you to work remotely. However there won't be an easy way to find them or find these jobs. I don't think there is any specific job portal or website where you would look. In terms of search criteria, I guess you could use the word "remote" in your search.

I would recommend focusing on Canadian companies that have operations in India. Many Canadian companies have a policy that remote work from a different country is only allowed if the company has operations / offices in that country.
