Need a help about the Permanent Residence application.

I have job offer from Toronto but my payroll is recorded in Quebec ad the Head office is in Quebec . Can i apply for PR from Toronto with this offer ?

Sure, you can apply for PR from Toronto.

If you are applying under Express Entry and want to claim the 50 job offer points, the employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA.

I have a open work permit and the problem is my Head office is in Quebec and I have offer from Toronto and HR also said that the Payroll is generated at Quebec. Thats why i am confused.
