I am a student from india and my study visa has been approved.I have got admission in lambton college but now i want to opt for university and i am in canadea on study permit.i am not having letter of acceptance from university of windsor.is it possible now to take admission in university in january intake?

Sure - you can switch schools. Make sure you don't stop attending school for more than 90 days or your study permit will be automatically canceled and then you'll be in Canada without status. This means that you will have to start your classes at Lambton College and attend these classes long enough so that there is less than a 90 day break between the time you stop taking your classes at Lambton and start your university classes.

What about fees if i will join lambton college then the fees of first semester will be deducted.I will not be refunded full fees and studying one sem is just a wastage of time

questions about liability for fees is something you need to sort out with the college nobody on here can help with that.

What so if i will get acceptance letter from university within a period of month.

You need to speak to the college nobody here can advise fee refund policies as every college/uni has different terms so impossible to say.
