REFUSAL AFTER MEDICAL, ANYBODY?

hi im a silent follower of this thread, and just finished our medicals, now am a bit worried since we are now waiting for ppr. are there anybody who finished medicals and got refused? its good to be aware what are those grounds.

are there anybody you know, please share

nope .....POF has nthin to do nw......since VO asked for medicals, it means they are satisfied with POF.......u can nw be rejected if sumthin major sprungs up in ur appln with regards to security and health

nothing is certain until he gets visa.

refusal cud be on the basis of POF or MAJOR Security concerns or due to some problem in the medicals.


but, I wud advise, keep ur cool, u will get maple leaf soon.

unnecessary anxiety wont yield any fruitful results.

if they concern of pof they will ask u again but wont reject blindly.thts wht i feel.

VO's have the power to make a decision based on the documents in hand. They are not bound to ask about the documents again. My VO specifically mentioned about the last chance to provide POF along with the medical instructions.

ur from sydney vo but we are talking abt new delhi vo.. ur statement might be true but nt in all cases.

I tried to find but could not find where has OP mentioned about New delhi VO ?. All i am saying is that VO's have the power and their power is not limited to certain visa offices, they are same everywhere.

as per my knowledge, chances for rejection due to POF are very thin. they may ask to show updated POF but POF matters most when you are landing in CANADA on Airport while clearing immigration.
i have not seen any case rejected due to POF.

but so many things depends upon LUCK ...

u need to broad the horizon of ur knowledge, my dear friend.
search the forum, u may find few cases refused on the basis of insufficient funds.
