refugee claimant and getting married

I am refugee claimant and I have hearing date later next month. I have a tricky question.
I am getting married sometime in july date has not been finalized as of yet, so if I decide to go for spousal sponsorship, will my file get transferred from refugee protection to spousal sponsorship or I have to proceed with the hearing and apply for spousal sponsorship separately.
please respond as quick as you can and thanks v much in advance.

No the file will not be transferred. You would have to apply for spousal sponsorship separately.

thanks for the answer. I just have one more thing in mind, so i will have to continue as well with my refugee claim as well, or I can withdraw the claim while submitting the spousal sponsorship. I am just confused because having two application at the same time is confusing.
