Reference letter duties question

I’m getting reference letters from my previous companies to get my papers ready and prepared, I have request such letter from the HR of each company. in fact they are small companies that I have worked for as a project engineer, my duties were the same for each company, can I have multiple reference letters from multiple companies with same duties and description?

I will get all of them but the question is does it affect the credibility if the duties and the description is the same in each letter?? as my position remained the same(project engineer)

Well if the wording is exactly the same for each job then it may be an issue. You can have the same job for different workplaces.
