Recent PR renewal April-May 2014 Timeline

I submited my application on May 6, and CIC received it on May 9, it has been 10 days, and nothing shows when i check my status online. I am starting to get worried now. BTW, i applied for urgent process and include my ticket leaving Toronto on June 15. Will they respond to my urgent process request since i do not have ticket to proof that i will need to return to Canada recently?

Does anybody renewed PR card recently? would you please share your timeline, thank you!

Sent application May 2nd. Recd through canada post confirmation May 5th. Still nothing shows on line. I applied for normal processing though.

Normal applications for 2 (me and wife ) in two separate envelopes, mailed from Toronto, Canada Post, on April 30.
As of today status not showing on the site.

It is Wednesday morning, got up early, hope to see something online, but bad luck, still nothing! Looks like cic did not accept my urgent processing request.

Read some where in this Forum that the ECAS updates are made only once a week ??
If I am correct, we could see some thing by next week only about the action taken by CIC. I am not sure!! :-[

It is said that cic usually update their database once a week on Tuesday.

Does it show in ecas as Application received for any of the other members who applied end of Apr begining of May. Checked today still does not show on ecas. Application recd by CIC May 5 by canada post.

We are also on the same boat.

I mailed our applications on 30 April at Canada Post. Since last one week, regularly I used to check the ECAS. It always shows :-

"We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:.........."


Others, who mailed in April/May are also requested to give their input.

3 weeks passed, and still nothing, the processing time also went up to more than 3 months now

I applied on April 7 (that is when they received it). They start to process on April 29. Nothing until now.
