Received the email, but eCOPR not available to download

Hi everyone,

yesterday I received email from IRCC PR Portal / Portail RP IRCC that Congratulations! You are now a permanent resident of Canada! / Félicitations! Vous êtes désormais résident permanent du Canada!.
and eCOPR is available for download.

But on logging in permanent residence tracker I cannot find the eCOPR download option,

Has anyone gone through same?

I’m having similar issue since 6th of February. I have sent emails to the same email address but no response till today. Have you received yours?

It took several emails, calls, and input from my MP before they sent my eCopr after over 2 months. Contact your MP as soon as you can, and tell them to inquire on your behalf.

i got pr card but i didn’t found my eCoPR on protal and also some errors on website and i got my pr in march 2023 so can you help me how can i get eCoPR

I’d suggest you keep emailing the office that sent you portal 1 and 2. They are the only one that can reupload your eCopr. As i mentioned earlier, reach out to to member of parliament (MP) for assistance
