Received the email, but eCOPR not available to download

Hi everyone,

yesterday I received email from IRCC PR Portal / Portail RP IRCC that Congratulations! You are now a permanent resident of Canada! / Félicitations! Vous êtes désormais résident permanent du Canada!.
and eCOPR is available for download.

But on logging in permanent residence tracker I cannot find the eCOPR download option,

Has anyone gone through same?

I’m having similar issue since 6th of February. I have sent emails to the same email address but no response till today. Have you received yours?
