Hi,

I have a question on submitting the PR application.

I have mentioned an incorrect date of issue for my ECA report in my express entry profile (ECA certificate number is correct). However, I have received the ECA after I received the ITA on Jan 25th. So, updating the correct date of issue of ECA in my PR application could cause any rejections since it is different from my Express entry profile? This change doesn't cause any change in my score though.

Please advice.

So you mentioned a random date in order to obtain an ITA BEFORE actually getting your ECA?

How did you get the certificate # if you didn't have the ECA? Is the issue date of the ECA after January 25th?

I have seen my colleagues ECA report number was their Referencenumber+IMM, so I derived the ECA number in the same way and it is correct in my original report now.

That's falsifying information and grounds for rejection. Also, you could be considered as misrepresenting facts to CIC.

In other words, you really should not have done that.

I told him the same in other thread. This is very much a part of their adjudication criteria to see if the WES evaluation and IELTS were obtained before the draw.

@poster - The urge to enter the draw is very much understandable, but it is what it is. Better to reject this ITA. Glad that your instinct pushed you to ask this question here at least now.

Agreed. Your best bet for any hope of getting Canadian PR is to reject this ITA and re-enter the pool.

I can't believe I'm so stressed about being rejected when people who do this calmly (and MAYBE successfully) submit applications. Ugh.

I had submitted my application on Jan 13 , 2017 under cec. Unfortunately, I had uploaded b&W PCC copy is it ok? however, In my passport page PCC stamp and signature is color.

Can i send color PCC through IRCC webform ?

Please help me in this situation.

I do not remember the source of this information but I think the below is reason for rejection:

Open work permit holders with non-LMIA job offer and no proof of funds. Proof of funds is not required only if applicant is CEC category or if he has an LMIA based job offer.

Yes CEC applicants and LMIA holders are exempt of Proof of Funds.
