When we pay RPRF fee? Because i have paid application fee when i applied. Shall we pay this after our application is approved?

I have applied through CIC agent and gave him athority to act on behalf of me. Can still i send Email to CHC directly ask about my case. 2NDLY i have also ordered Caips Notes one month before. Plz advise me, should i still contact to CHC or wait for caips notes becoz it will arrive on 15th Jan 2009.
Ur advice would be much appriciated.

No do not by pass your rep as you have given him the authority. Yes you can order Caips and to know how to do it. I have a thread "How to order CAIPS" search it and you will get it. But I will not suggest as it is too early to order them

But i have already ordered Caips Notes one month b4. secondly my applicaion status is showing in process since June 2009 so that's why i ordered caips. What u suggest now?

Caips is fine. Once you receive you can translate the coding into the once as described in this forum only under How to Order Caips.

I did order CAIPS too a month ago. And I have a consultant too. You can order CAIPS directly without your consultant but it is a must to inform your consultant that you ordered one, and more importantly, you have to furnish them a copy of your CAIPS notes once you receive it.

It usually takes 4 weels and you should get it in the 1st week of Jan but if you dont then you should contact the agency through which you ordered it

The normal processing time for CAIPS is 45 days. But expect for some delays in your and my order as well because of the holidays. I also ordered mine last December 4, 2009. The agency where I ordered it said I will be expecting it sometime between Jan 9-19, 2010.

It usually takes 4 weels and you should get it in the 1st week of Jan but if you dont then you should contact the agency through which you ordered it

My employer told me that some one from the CIC called today. He wanted to speak with me. Since I was not in office as I am out of town, the guy told him that I am not there. He asked when will he come, he said he is not in town. He said ok, whats his designation, he told him my designation thats it. He said ok I will probably try calling tomorrow. Now I am not in town so what to do and what do you think of the call. What will it result in ?

Dont worry even if u r not in town no problem they will verify ur job and nothing else. wherever u r does not matter.
