Thank you. My partner has updated his profile a few times over the week.... Do you think it was a bad idea to update his profile?:( He did not know that if he is applying under Canadian Experience Class, then no need to provide a proof of funding so he had to change that and some information in his work history.... He is so anxious.... and puts me in a very stressful situation too...
I do not think there would be a limit to update your EE profile and there is any harm to do this. As long as the profile shows an up-to-date information at the moment, shouldn't be any problem at all.

I am absolutely fine, thanks!.Just following fitness goals as i planned to trek 'Himalayan Annapurna Circuit' in Apr-May season, now deferring it to end of the year, due to plan B (Aus PR application),cracked PTE with 90 score,so its looking more favorable than Canada at this moment.
So after a long hiatus, we logged in on the same day ha ha ha..serendipitous.
I hope you are now in advance stages on your application, last time i remember you filed a nomination application successfully. Friend! Wish you very best to you and to all Ray of Hope'rs in their respective endevors.
I got nominated on December 19, ITA on December 20, and submitted my PR application late January 6, with AOR dated January 7. I had been waiting in NA2 since January 26 and moved to IP2 on February 27, the day everyone in NA2 did because CIC seems to have gotten rid of the NA2 stage. So now IP2 is the stage with a potentially long wait for PPR. I just pray that mine will come before May, as I really want to move in May for a number of reasons.

Wow, what is the timeline for Australia immigration? Glad to hear you have an opportunity there. All the best for your Australia immigration ... and your Himalayan trek!

Reading through some threads and the CIC's website, I stumbled on a tie-break thing.... what is this? how the tie-break to be applied for the draw? I believe the next draw is tomorrow; however, is there any tie-break applied to this as well? thank you.

Pretty sure cutoff on March 7 won't be 438. One can always dream (I'm at 438) but it seems unrealistic to the point of being foolish right now.

Is that '4400' beside the March draws or '3400'? lol. If your prediction comes true then I will treat you pizza while in Canada of worth $1000.

The reality is that CIC is being very consistent in their draws this year & even if they increase ita size it will be very gradually. So, by the time we see even a 4000 ita it may be June/July, so probably then we can have similar cutoffs as you have given. lets hope for the best though.

Hi. It’s there under personal history. It includes such information as details of military service, government employment, volunteer service etc. However I think you should prepare cos things were a bit different Post ITA than all I had read and expected Pre-ITA. There were two fields to upload my wife’s employment reference documents though i had inputted it all under personal history. Note that you won’t be able to submit until you have uploaded the documents in all the fields so you can’t skip. Either get a reference letter or maybe a letter of explanation would suffice. Anyone with experience up to ppr in this scenario can help out. Another thing you should note is that for those who have worked in multiple departments in the same organization, eg operations then sales, if you list it so in your application, it opens up seperate fields to upload documents for each and labels it accordingly. My wife’s organization lumped both her past experiences together in one letter. I had to use an LOE in the second field explaining that the letter for the first covered for the second. Some impatient VOs may just close an application as incomplete without checking. I will try and help out with the full process trusting I reach ppr. God help us all to achieve this our dream!
Thanks for your response :) I can get employee reference letter if absolutely needed .. I just don’t want t to be deemed as misrepresentation if I say no experience in Ee profile then list the experience in personal history after ITA

but over the last year I have learned that IRCC is unpredictable so get that pizza ready... on serious note they have to give more ITA in mid of the year, as they have to ensure that people land before december to consider them in this years target...IRCC is all about how many people landed in this year (and not about ITA) so issuing ITA in October to December is kind of not helping...so they have to increase ITA in Mid of the year...only reason for 3000 ITA through out the year can be if they issued too many ITA's last year so this year's target is reduced....another reason is change due in April for medical...which will mean reduced rejection for medical reports which in term will impact on less ITA being issued (as there will be less rejections)....

Need a Guidance from the Experts:

I am living in China since 2008 but originally from India. I studied in China since 2008 to 2014. After graduation I found a job and started working. My company didnt change my visa status for 2 years and kept me on a student visa. Later in 2016 they changed the visa status from Student to Work permit. As my company already gave me an experience letter stating that I worked with them over 4 years but I am worried that whether CIC considers this work experience and can I mention 4 years experience on my EE profile?

OR

Is it mentioned on the PCC provided by the resident country that an individual lived there for ..... and ..... purposes?

Oh, I see, so since we deleted my work experience, maybe it won't ask for employer letters then. We'll see.. soon, I hope haha.
Yeah. But just be prepared IMO. Maybe contact a former boss who’ll be willing to sign a letter detailing your work history or something. If you notarize this, I believe u shld be fine

You haven’t gotten an ITA yet so you can update as many times as you want. IRCC even encourages you to update if some information has changed. All the best in today’s draw!!!

What is the change that you foresee for Medical?

Today's cutoff score will be 441 +/- 1. I forsee a gradual increase in the number of ITAs issued by about 250. This could occur as early as today but most likely on the 21st. The only reason the scores won't come down fast is the accumulation around 441. I estimate up to 400 are at 441.
