In Sask if you have a PGWP, you need to work for 2 years before you can apply. In BC it takes around 1 year to receive a nomination.

My CEC file is return to me today, cap filled, I don't know what to say, one year ago , all CEC and AINP are work for me, right now, it seen my Canadian dream is ending .. 17 months left.. everyday I CAN'T sleep ..what they did for my life !

My work permit will expire on april 18,2015 but my employer will apply for me lmia... I called ainp they said it's fine just update them if i got new lmia and apply it in cic.

Hey guys. Today I have a bad news cic rejected my lmia my ainp totally drop now implied status done this weekend so I don't think I can get any approved from ainp after eight month wait I didn't get my lmia I am so disappointed I wait for ainp awe nov 28 2013 I don't know what to do

Apply for TRV or study permit and then look for LMIA again...

Hiii Phil yes I applied lmia prides start in August 2014 now toady they said no to my lmia. I wait for ainp 14 month now apply nov 28 2013 still no news I think they are going to decline my ainp

what a bad game these guys are playing on somebody's life. LMIA wait for 8 months, AINP wait for 14 months and after the wait ----->rejection. what a disgusting fact that we have to live on. Very Very bad time for all of us ;D :-\

I made lots of plan to live in Canada I have to live my brother family to in the Canada And two kids with them. No more choice I have now. For ainp new ruls is not good for the people who waitng for nomination since nov 28 2013 And after that all the best guys

i know its not gonna make you feel better, but im in the same boat. 5 years here, april 1 - 4 year cap. No chance for AINP, war and collapsed economy in my country. Good times

You may get one year extension of work permit ..as you are 4 year cap and expiring this year..
