Quick Question. Am I eligible to apply when C6 comes into full force?

1. I did my masters from September 2010 - May 2012 with Student Permit
2. Worked from May 2012 - July 2015 with work permit
3. Been living + working here since July 2015 as a PR
4. Have spent may be 2 months outside Canada for Vacation in those 6+ years.

AM I eligible to apply for Canadian citizenship ? I am just a little confused with Residency/physical presence criteria.

If C-6 3/5 comes into effect during fall 2017, and you don't leave Canada untill then you will be qualified. So yes!

c6 comes into effects between 22 sep to 21 december 2017, i would calculate 22 sep as date of application.

Except of course the physical presence calculator in that link is still based on 4/6 not 3/5. The OP needs to wait until C6 is implemented before applying under 3/5 not before as they should be able to claim the 1 year (730 half days) prior to becoming PR and 2 years plus post PR.
