I am applying for work permit visa and received the passport requirement yesterday, but I am not so clear about the procedure of passport delivery by courier. Hence, I list out the steps behind, is that right?
First, I should pay my fee to the following address:
CSC Consular Services Inc
Lockbox 3352
PO Box 8500
Philadelphia, PA 19178-3352
and the application fee is $28.35, is that right?
Second, what I should include in my mail are
·the original passport
·the copy of payment
·the letter from CIC requesting my passport
·the VAC Consent Form
·my detailed contact information
·a prepaid Air Waybill
Nothing else is needed except the documents above?
Third, I should include a prepaid Air Waybill. Is any other companies except FedEx like UPS accepted, or UPSP is the best choice that is recommended?
Finally, I should mail all the documents to Visa Application Centre.

Besides, I am a visiting student in the U.S. currently. I wonder how long I would receive my passport after delivery because I will leave the U.S. in the early June.
