Question regarding Full/Complete Academic Years in EE Profile

Hi all,

I'm creating my EE profile and have come across a question in the education history section. In that section, it wants me to enter "Full/Complete Academic Years" for my study.
My PhD started in January 2019 and finished in February 2022. Given this, should I enter 3 years or 4 years in that field?
