I am in the process of applying for a study permit for my undergraduate studies and came across a new policy requiring a provincial attestation letter.

According to the provided link, it states that in-Canada family members of study permit or work permit holders don't need this attestation letter. I have attached a screenshot and the source link for your reference.
I have a two siblings in Canada ( one has PR (married) & 2nd one has study permit )

Same question I have! I wonder if this apply only to parents to their children or spouse to spouse. I also have a sister who currently holds pgwp.
