Query regarding NOC for Marketing, Advertising & PR field

If one has 2 NOCs applicable to their position/positions (outland applicant):

0124- Marketing, Advertising & PR Managers
1123- Professionals in Marketing, Advertising & PR

Sould one go for a lower level one? Is it easier to be selected for a lower NOC than a higher NOC?

For Express Entry, you can have any NOC as long as it is A, B or 0. So you don’t have a higher chance with one or the other. You pick the NOC that matches your responsibilities. Anything with 0 is considered an executive position.
