Query regarding Express entry

I have a question. Back home when I applied for my study Visa i had shown 7 months of experience and i mentioned that i am still working there. I got my Visa in Feb 2020. But due to Covid-19 everything was shit down and i had to deferred my April intake to September intake. As our college mentioned they will provide Support letter to anyone who has Visa. But I never got it. So i studied in my Country a whole one semester and 2months for next semester. I came to Canada in 26th February 2021. So long story short i was in my country working there for a whole one year while i got my visa in 2020, but i can in Canada in 2021. So will my experience will count while i was in my country while working there after getting my visa. I do have employment letter from them
