What does it say exactly? For me it says:

"Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature. Please pay a special attention to question 11 and 12. If question 11 does not apply to you please write N/A. Question 8 and 12 must cover 10 years. This must be received at this office by: 2015/12/13"

I checked the form I originally sent to them. I put in "NONE" for question 11. Concerning question 8 and 12, it clearly stated "for the last ten years or since you turned 18, whichever is more recent". For question 8, I started with September 2005 and for question 12, I started with June 2005 (each dates where I moved/changed schools). I understand that when I filled out the documents one year ago, I was therefore only giving them information about the last 9 years (2005-2014) but now another year has passed, which means that the 10 years are complete AND I turned 18 in late 2007 so why would that even be relevant? I don't get it.

I read some comments in this thread about the same message that many have received recently and might be a generic (reminder ) to all, but in my case , it was specific about the update and the period from Dec 2014 until present... what i suggest is to check with CIC about it.

Too late. I already sent them the new form but the information hasn't changed really. Only the date next to my signature at the bottom. Let's see what they respond - if they do, that is. I want this ordeal to end.

i need to understand some thing , did you received this request to update the form 5669 after you received the AOR ?
also i was write "None " in all empty cells in question 11 except the date fields (on left)
also question 10, 9 , but in question 8 i started form month 9 2005 end with 9 2015 (but my file received there at 26 -08-2015 is it problem )

but in question 12 : i started from 08-2005 and ended 09-2015 (extra one month is it ok ? )

I have sent my police clearance and RPRF on 16th of October, 2015 but after that there is no update yet.

Hello Tuki and Luc22, I have a similar timeline as you guys, however, I am checking on ECAS and there is only 2 lines on application received date and date of AOR sent. However, I have received request for med in July and also submitted the request since July, got request for RPRF in November and paid also, but no update of this in ECAS and not further correspondence, is this same with you guys on ECAS? Just 2 lines?

1. We received your application for permanent residence on February 13, 2015.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on June 17, 2015.
3. We started processing your application on June 17, 2015.
4. We sent you medical instructions on July 21, 2015. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
5. Medical results have been received.

Thank you Jacques for the update, funny enough, I only have 2 lines of update on ECAS and I have no confirmation after sending medicals and RPRF. Probably will call CIC Ottawa for updates

I got the request for PCCs , RPRF and update on Schedule A on Sep 23 2015 and all documents were sent Oct 23 2015 , since then no update.
I have 6 lines on my ECAS. last update : (6) Medical tests received
