rejection is a two way thing.
1) intension to refuse ( here d applicant ll b given some time to increse point so that his/her case can b prevented 4rm degenerating to refusal
2) refusal ( here the file ll no longer be processed. here most applicants just turn back without fighting there case probably bcos they are unaware that they can still file for ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW without having to pay another processing fee

@ Abehola, no i havent. Am still awaiting its delivery. Was told its too early to start expecting it cos its gonna take two weeks to get to me. Uuuh, and d DMP ll not bulge. They wont conduct d test unless they see d medical form. Its just 7days 2day. I really pray it ll b less than this 14days

@ abehola: i have a masters degree in chemistry, which is in the preferred list of trainings. also i have relevant exeperince, but initially they didnt consider my exp, and didnt gave me any points for it. so they sent a letter saying that i dont score enough points. then i sent an email to them, explaining all the details and after 2 months correspondence, they finally accepted it

I get it now and I like your spirit as you have simply used your strong points to swing the decision in your favour. This further gies to show that QUEBEC needs people in the preferred list. Now you have enough time to prepare for your interview so step up your preparations and your CSQ is there waiting for you.
