I got this email know that I sent my application in 8/8/2012 and I have 64 points in total and 12 years of experiences in my field of study (IT) in Jordan and 1 academic year in Emirates
Would anybody tell me what are the needed missed documents :

(Voir annexe A)

Vous devez également nous transmettre, documents à l'appui, toute nouvelle information (mise à jour) utile à l'analyse de votre dossier. Exemples : nouveau diplôme, ajout d'une personne à charge. (Voir annexe B)

http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.q...urs/index.html

http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/frais

make sure they give you an already translated one so that you do not translate again ..

and make sure they stamp and sign it and write a serial number on it ...

and make sure if you could, to let the exterior ministry ( first circle in Jabal Amman ), to stamp it and certify it ...

if your salary wa high in Jordan and you had to pay tax, then bring whatever you can from them as prov, and translate it ...

Goodluck to you!
in which country do you live. Have you sent French or English language certificate.
I have applied the Vienna office in July 2011 and in September 2013 received an email to update file.
I have not sent certificate language, as it became mandatory in December 2011.
please share with us your data

Let me help by adding that if your wife's qualification is 5 or more years old then you have to submit evidence of working experience before she can be allotted point for AOT.

My friend had a bitter experience during their interview as they were not allotted spouse AOT point because the spouse's qualification was more than 5 years old. Thought they had proof of working experience, but pension contribution statement was not included despite pension deduction was shown in the payslip.

I wish everyone good luck. Cheers

But if they proved that by social security contributions then everything would be ok right ?

To any senior member of this forum:

When you receive AOR, it means your file is complete and is now on process?

If your files are incomplete, they simply return it to you?

Any light on this matter is much appreciated.
if you received aor it only means your file is complete but it is not yet processed at this stage. only micc knows when preliminary evaluation starts.

Thank you for your answer, in fact I have 10 years of experience in Jordan government and 1 year as academic year in UAE ,Currently I work in UAE such that a free tax salaries and no social security for non-citizens so that I will write a letter for them to declare that because they want to prove my tax payment declaration or social security contribution for all experiences.

Dear all,
I am getting stressed, need someone to share experience if any. I applied on 26 July 2013, a week ago, i got a call from my bank informing me that, a someone in Canada was trying to do some transaction on my account but failed- blocked by the bank because they needed to confirm with me, but unfortunately up to now, the money has not been deducted from my account. What do i expect? Did the Quebec people give up on the transaction or should i be hopeful that they will deduct it soon? Any similar experience before? Kindly share info, otherwise am so stressed

Actually the bank should contact on spot and release the payment ; contact your bank check if the status for the transaction is pending or what and if its pending let them release it and contact the immigration in quebec tell them the situation some time they help and they will try one more time otherwise all your file will be returned to you due to fail of the payment and you will have to wait again from 4 to 6 month after you return the file one more time
